in 2015 we have got a new vat law in the EU, which is quite complex.

To ease handling the tax issues, Digistore will process all saphire orders.

Unfortunately the order form of digistore is still in English.

If someone could provide a Chinese translation, this would be great. (Just give me the English and the Chinese texts)

因欧盟2015年执行最新增值税法案，原钻石充值渠道进行调整，统一合并为DigiStore24（支持贝宝支付）、Paysafe card两种，目前已知充值后，将会延迟30分钟以上钻石到账时间。

本地组其中一位成员正在测试和沟通 交易服务中，以下是那位成员 掌握的情况

目前充值出现的情况说明：
在选择DigiSTore24方式下的Paypal方式进行充值后，如果你成功付款，但是跳转页面出错的话，代表你的支付成功，此时刷新跳转页面，直至出现付款成功字眼，此时钻石会及时到账。如不小心关闭了该页面，则需要与贝宝联系，联系后，钻石将于3小时内到账。
如果付款失败，则会出现The payment was declined. Please try another payment method, e.g.another Credit Card.字样，意味拒绝付款，此时，你通过贝宝支付的款项，将于3小时候发信件告知你退款事项。
